How long does a pool renovation actually take?
Most projects fall into clear timeline ranges:

- Includes draining, chipping/prep, plastering, filling, and start-up.
- Full Cosmetic Remodel: 2â4 weeks
- Tile, coping, interior finish, light plumbing, and equipment changes.

Will the construction damage my backyard?
We minimize impact, but pool construction is disruptive. Hereâs the truth:
We protect:

Do I need to be home while the crew is working?
No. We only require:
- Unlocked backyard access

Why does my new finish look streaky or blotchy right after the fill?
Because plaster is a cement-based product that hydrates underwater.
Color variation, known as mottling, is normal during the first 30 days.

- Water must stay balanced to NPC standards during startup
Your interior finish is not fully cured for 28 days, so following the correct startup is critical.
Can you just patch the damaged spots instead of resurfacing the whole pool?

- Many patches fail within months
